Allen S. Weiss is Distinguished Teacher in the departments of Performance Studies and Cinema Studies at New York University. An author, artist, and researcher, he has written and directed over forty books and collective works on the disembodied voice, acousmatic theater, phantasmatic radio, and synesthetic landscapes.
