Franck Boutté
An engineer, he created and directs the environmental design and engineering firm, Franck Boutté Consultants, which comprises various profiles (architects, engineers, urban planners), all involved in environmental issues, environmental mastery and sustainable development. The agency contributes to many major projects alongside important figures of today’s architecture, urban planning, and landscaping.
