La Fondation is a finalist in the 2026 MIPIM Awards

La Fondation has won the 2026 MIPIM Awards in the Best Mixed-Use Project category. The project, located on Rue Legendre in Paris, transforms a former 1960s multi-storey car park into a 12,000 m² mixed-use development combining hotels, restaurants, sports, wellness and workspaces. PCA-STREAM has focused on preserving and revitalising the existing structure – notably the spiral concrete ramp – to create a living space open to the city and its diverse uses.
