La Fondation winner of the 2026 Versailles Prize

We are delighted to announce that La Fondation has been named a winner of the 2026 Prix Versailles, recognised as one of the world’s most beautiful hotels.

On Rue Legendre, in Paris’s 17th arrondissement, three disparate buildings have been transformed into a single hybrid space where hospitality permeates the working environment. A five-star hotel, offices, a panoramic restaurant, a gym, a spa and an auditorium – not simply added together, but seamlessly integrated within a shared framework of use and management.

It is this vision that the 2026 Versailles Prize has just recognised, naming La Fondation among the world’s most beautiful hotels.

The jury describes La Fondation as “a model of understated luxury off the beaten track, an arty cocoon that anticipates every need and expectation of a five-star hotel. This Parisian mystery will not remain a secret for long. »
