Jacques Ferrier
An architect and urban planner, a graduate of the École d’architecture de Paris-Belleville and of the École Centrale de Paris, he founded his own firm in 1993. His work embodies the desire to create an architecture and a city for a sustainable society. In his design for the French Pavilion of the Shanghai World Fair, he developed his concept of “Ville Sensuelle”. In 2010, he created a research lab, Sensual City Studio, with Pauline Marchetti and the philosopher Philippe Simay. Jacques Ferrier Architectes
